PrintSum Small Business edition is a full multi-user MIS, for up to 3 users, to include most of the administrative tasks you'll ever need. Full sales and purchase order processing provide outputs for your accounts system. The simple accrual of real costs as they are incurred completes the cycle and enables you to refine your estimating still further.
As you use PrintSum you'll start to see how well the system is integrated. Each part of the system talks to each other part. The estimate forms the basis for the job, each element of which can commit resources, services and stock, and can relate directly to the recording of actual costs -all of which is designed to keep your clerical work to a minimum.
Sign up today. You can upgrade to the Premium edition at any time, but because of the way you will have personalized the structures of the system, regrettably you won't be able to switch back to the Economy or Standard edition without losing your data.
Take detailed control of your estimating tools. You can set up your own price lists, and specify how they behave. You can say what each task is proportional to, and what changes should be made in which circumstances - all without complex programming or the need for consultancy.
The purchase orders envisaged by the estimator when quoting the job can become purchase orders at the click of a button when the job is confirmed. The necessary stock for that confirmed job can be reserved automatically at the same time, and if necessary ordered.
PrintSum is based on the power of SQL Server - a massively stable and reliable workhorse from Microsoft. SQL Server Express edition is available for free download. Multi-user systems need a little more setting up than single user systems, so our technical team can be on-line to guide your IT advisors through the initial configuration.
The initial fee is from $4000, plus a monthly fee of $100 per month, paid by standing order or direct debit. Now that's a fair price, isn't it?
